The AME Annual Model Exhibition 2012 was a huge success!  We encourage members to keep up the good work and look forward for AME's new projects and activities.  Next year AME has it's 30th Anniversary.  We also welcome all new members and invite them to join us during our meetings

We are please to announce that, The Hon Prime Minister Dr Lawrence Gonzi will be visiting the AME Model Engineer Exhibition in Floriana on Friday 4th May 2012 at 18.45hrs.

 

 

Very Important

It is the duty of all members to attend both meetings as we will have the posters to distribute on one of these meeting.

 

Competition Entry Forms

Please note that ALL Competition Entry Forms are to be handed over to Emmanuel Swain with the relative fee (3 Euros per entry), by Thursday 19th April.

Please be aware that this year, NO Competition Entry Forms will be accepted after the closing date of 19th April. Members participating in the Annual Competition, must be fully paid members.

 

Transfer Of All Material From Store At Marsa To Scouts Headquarters

This will be held on Wednesday 25th April. We will meet at 5.45 pm near the Deaf Centre, Valletta. Please assist. Contact person - Emmanuel Swain on Tel: 21826751 or 27826751.

 

Setting Up Of Exhibition Hall

Setting up of easels, boards, etc. will be held on Thursday 26th April between 09.00 - 12.00hrs. Please assist.

Members are reminded that ALL models are to be brought to the Exhibition Hall on Thursday from 1.00pm onwards.

Competition models are to be handed over to Emmanuel Swain. Models for exhibit only, are to be handed over to

Alan Camilleri and Roderick Agius.

 

Reception On Opening Day

A reception will be held for members on Saturday, 28th April at 8.00pm. A payment of 5 Euros per person will be charged. Please book with Ramon Borg or Alan Camilleri. Closing date for booking is 23rd April.

 

Last Day Of Exhibition

The last day of the Exhibition, is Sunday, 6th May. This year, the closing time for public is 4.00pm. As soon as the hall is clear, members can collect their models. Please note that ALL material has to be transferred to the store at Marsa. So, please assist in this matter.
